Adventure Racing returns to the Hillsborough County Wilderness Parks with Squiggy's Revenge 12-Hour Adventure Race!
With over 16,000 acres of park to explore, expect a course that will challenge your paddling, trail running/trekking, biking and navigation skills--with the added challenge of STARTING AT MIDNIGHT! That's right, the 12-hour race starts Saturday at midnight! Throw in a few extra team challenges and you have the makings of an amazing adventure.

Parking:

Parking will be under the power lines to the south of the canoe launch parking (Trout Creek Park)

Navigation:
This event will require you to be familiar with navigation using a topographic map and compass. We may also use aerial photographs for some special sections of the course. You should be familiar with terrain recognition, reconciling maps, route finding, estimating distances and night navigation techniques.
